Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparation and setup, new hire information collection, and welcome bag management and delivery.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including assisting with trainee or junior positions.
  • Assist with employee benefits, including benefits propaganda, regular data maintenance, and foreign employee support.
  • Support learning and training projects, including training data tracking and sorting, on-site training logistics, and training video uploading.
  • Handle HR-related paperwork, ensuring confidentiality of employee information, including non-salary related certificates and labor contracts.
  • Assist with HR meetings and events, such as HR OKR review meetings and department team building activities.
  • Optimize and organize HR tools, information, and documents for easy access.
  • Handle employee requests and deliver quality solutions, escalating requests to senior team members as needed.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with people at different levels.
  • Effective communication in both English and Chinese, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated.
