Job Description:

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of contractual commitments to customers. As a key representative of the customer, they oversee the industrial implementation of assigned services, focusing on costs, deadlines, technical quality, safety, and cleanliness. Reporting to the Operations & Programmes Department, the Project Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all human and technical work on the aeronautical maintenance work site, adhering to cost and deadline objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client-related activities: Develop the "Customer Service Provider" culture, ensure customer satisfaction, anticipate customer needs, welcome customer representatives, and contribute to dispute resolution.
  • Operational activities: Define scheduling risks, structure projects, lead work site preparation meetings, define task objectives and deadlines, and coordinate industrial facilities.
  • Team management: Coordinate, lead, and monitor team progress, negotiate required resources, follow up on project progress, and ensure compliance with budget and schedule.
  • Administrative tasks: Ensure final payment, oversee technical, financial, and contractual aspects, and coordinate administrative formalities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Aeronautical engineer or equivalent diploma, or Master's degree in project management.
  • Experience: At least 8 years in the aviation maintenance industry, with 5 years in project manager-related positions, and experience in production planning.
  • Certifications: CCAR Part-66R3 licence, category TA with English level 3, and Airbus and/or Boeing type rating training.
