Project Overview

As a key member of the Turner & Townsend team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the set-up and delivery of office and retail projects and programmes. Your responsibilities will include assisting project leads in ensuring client objectives are met through effective project management, managing commissions to the right quality standards, and developing strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project leads in ensuring client objectives are met through effective project management
  • Manage commissions to the right quality standards and complete them efficiently and on time
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
  • Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
  • Provide document control assurance and lead management of project information flow
  • Prepare project management progress reports and other key documentation for clients
  • Provide a key interface across all stakeholders, liaising with clients, other consultants, end users, and authorities at all project stages
  • Support project planning, including producing the detailed project delivery charter
  • Support the establishment of effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project
  • Support post-contract commercial control
  • Manage the change control process and track/document all requested changes, quotations, and approvals
  • Monitor overall project finances
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, procedures, templates, and products and refer ideas to the appropriate line manager
  • Identify and ensure that the appropriate parties are aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issues
