Senior Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned HR professional to take on the role of HR Director at our manufacturing and R&D facility. In this capacity, you will lead and manage all facets of human resources, ensuring the formulation and execution of effective HR strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Development: Formulate and implement HR strategies that are in sync with the business objectives of the facility, ensuring adherence to global HR policies. Talent Acquisition and Development: Supervise the recruitment process to attract and retain exceptional talent. Design and roll out onboarding, training, and development initiatives to boost employee performance and engagement. Performance Management: Create and manage performance evaluation systems, including goal setting and career progression plans. Offer support to managers in conducting performance assessments and resolving performance-related challenges. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and cultivating a supportive work environment. Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on HR matters. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and provide analytical insights to support informed decision-making. Employee Engagement and Culture: Initiate and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, promoting a positive workplace culture, and fostering diversity and inclusion. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies in line with local labor laws, ensuring adherence to all relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in HR leadership with a minimum of 10 years in HR management and development. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is preferred. Proven expertise in change management within a manufacturing context, with the ability to thrive in an agile organization. Strong judgment and innovative problem-solving skills. A balanced approach of strategic insight and hands-on execution to achieve results, along with solid business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; candidates should be energetic, creative, and adaptable. Proficient in facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, training, and problem-solving. Exceptional persuasion and leadership skills to build consensus on organizational strategies and policies amidst continuous change. Ability to effectively engage with corporate leadership and navigate a complex matrix organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and management capabilities, with a focus on project management. A collaborative team player who can build consensus while knowing when to make decisive moves.
