About the Role

As a Customer Success Liaison at Stolt-Nielsen, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management - Establish and maintain regular communication channels with assigned customers to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may have regarding our services.
  2. Onboarding - Proactively engage with new customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process, aligning our services to meet their needs and providing training on our digital tools.
  3. Customer Support - Provide day-to-day operational assistance to customers, managing expectations and advocating for their needs, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  4. Cost Improvement/Selling Opportunities - Identify cost improvement opportunities, collaborating with sales to expand customer accounts and drive revenue growth.
  5. Compliance & Safety - Register customer complaints, contributing to the identification of root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  6. Participation in Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, share forecasts, and inform procurement on allocation.
  7. Coaching & Continuous Learning - Provide ad-hoc coaching to Operations Coordinators, engaging in ongoing learning and development activities to deepen your understanding of our services and customer needs.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in logistics or shipping.
  3. Proven record of excellent work quality and accuracy.
  4. Experience working in an international environment.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Effective coaching and developing skills.
  7. Organized and able to set goals and priorities.
  8. Delegation, analytical, and project management skills.
