About the Role

Amazon Global Selling is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solution Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our Global Selling team, you will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with customers, understanding their long-term objectives and current business and technical constraints, and autonomously onboarding merchants to drive product adoption and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Develop and execute customer onboarding plans to drive product adoption and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
- Provide technical input on solutions and services to meet customer needs

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
- 7+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion
- 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects
