Assembly Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team at Copeland. In this role, you will be responsible for daily work in the assembly workshop, ensuring that operations comply with the company's safety, health, and environmental management regulations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform daily assembly tasks in the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Be familiar with quality, environment, safety, and occupational health management systems.

You are a motivated individual who promotes high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical secondary school degree or equivalent, major in mechanical manufacturing and related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience in industrial/mechanical product assembly.
• Priority will be given to those holding relevant certificates for special operations personnel.
• Healthy, hard-working, with certain communication and coordination skills.
