Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RTM Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an RTM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of our sales channels, driving business growth and channel perfection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new channel opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Project Management: Lead projects to develop and implement new channels, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Channel Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel development strategies, including O2O channel expansion and product TDP expansion.

Requirements:

  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
