As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in executing our market strategy, creating demand, and exceeding our targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing company market strategy to create demand and meet/exceed targets;
  • Effectively managing target clients, understanding their situations, and arranging visit frequencies to ensure correct product information delivery;
  • Organizing and delivering client presentations independently;
  • Organizing roundtable discussions and collaborating with experts to ensure doctors' correct prescription habits;
  • Assisting in regional promotional meetings;
  • Assisting in tender and medical insurance matters;
  • Providing timely and accurate market information feedback and updating database information and current visit information.

What we're looking for:

  • Medical degree or above;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with excellent performance;
  • Honesty, active work attitude, and good business acumen;
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical field experts;
  • Good innovation and development capabilities;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Good self-motivation, willingness to take on challenging work under pressure;
  • Good presentation skills and coordination and organization abilities.
