Technical Support Engineer of SIED

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer of SIED to join our team at Innomotics Electrical Large Drives (Shanghai) Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform fault statistics and analysis based on failure code and return goods.
- Set up the knowledge base and make the training for service engineers or customers.
- Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide the appropriate technical proposals, spare parts and repair parts for the enquiry.
- Make the service concept for the new product project.
- Handle with the warranty claim from domestic and oversea about air-cooled drive.
- Perform on-site trouble shooting service.
- Bachelor or above degree in power electronics, electric engineering, Automation or related job.
- Mastered electrical drive Knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, PWM knowledge.
- Have a good fault analysis capability and Troubleshooting experience.
- Professional communication capability and presentation skill.
- Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,5s, A3, Process Mapping.
- Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving.
- Good archiving skill.
- Basic commercial knowledge.
- Good English communication skill.
