Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management board and other departments to develop long-term strategic plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Business Field Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and assessment of new and existing business fields to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Projects: Support the head of department and the management board in strategic projects, growth initiatives, organizational development, and restructuring activities.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Analyze and recommend merger and acquisition targets, as well as potential partnerships with other companies, to support the company's growth strategy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed Master's degree in business administration, economics, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of international experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic project management, preferably in a corporate strategy department or consulting firm.
  • Skills: Initiative personality, high social and communication skills, good organization skills, flexibility, resilience, goal-oriented, analytical, and structured way of working.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills; German beneficial.
  • Software Skills: Proficient MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
