As a key member of our development squad, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for various ventures projects.


About the Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated developer who can contribute to the creation of cutting-edge digital experiences that enhance customer journeys. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with UX/UI designers to transform concepts into pixel-perfect interfaces, driving technical execution of engaging websites aligned with business goals, and ensuring technical and functional feasibility of all designs across different screen sizes and input methods.


Responsibilities:



  • Transform Concepts into Reality: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform concepts into visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Drive Technical Execution: Ensure seamless integration of design elements with technical requirements to deliver high-performance websites that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure Cross-Screen Compatibility: Verify that all designs are accessible and responsive across various devices and input methods.
  • Develop Scalable Code: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using modern frontend frameworks, languages, and best practices.
  • Optimize Website Performance: Implement optimization techniques to ensure fast page speeds, minimal footprint, and improved user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to build intuitive and performant digital experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Sharing: Develop reusable code libraries and component standards to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Trends: Engage in ongoing learning and research to stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve bugs efficiently, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Implement Tracking and Analytics: Set up tracking and analytics tools to measure KPIs and surface optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate Complex Concepts: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to diverse groups of stakeholders.

Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience building responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.JS, Next.JS, Node.JS, Sass/LESS, and CSS methodologies.
  • Web Performance Best Practices: Strong understanding of web performance best practices, including minification, bundling, lazy-loading, Search Engine optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Frontend Architecture: Advanced skills in frontend architecture, build tools, and troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-starter who stays current with evolving technologies and trends through continuous learning.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
