Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Software Delivery Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate ADAS algorithm software into target platforms or ECUs, ensuring seamless execution and robust performance.
  • Develop and maintain software quality, performing integration testing and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ADAS software, meeting program line requirements.
  • Utilize programming languages such as C++ and Python, as well as scripting languages like Shell, to develop and maintain software.
  • Familiarity with ADAS features, simulation, and debugging tools, including Car Maker, VTD, Carla, and CarSim.
  • Experience with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools, as well as testing data analysis and trouble shooting.
  • Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end software tools, leveraging expertise in automotive industry standards and CAN protocols.
  • Integrate software on Android systems, utilizing build systems like Make, CMake, Bazel, and SCons.
  • Work with Jenkins, Artifactory, or other CI/CD tools, and apply software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and integration.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing with C++/Python or other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Python, Shell, and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with ADAS features, simulation, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Car Maker, VTD, Carla, CarSim, and other simulation software.
  • Familiarity with basic operation and maintenance tool chains, such as Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
  • Experience with testing data analysis and trouble shooting.
  • Experience designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end software tools.
  • Experience in Automotive industry and Automotive standards such as CAN.
  • Experience for integrating software in Android system on HW platform.
  • Experience with a build system: Make, CMake, Bazel, SCons, etc.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory or other tools for Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD)
