Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Siemens Shenzhen Magnetic Resonance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials for our SSMR MR&AT business, ensuring timely delivery, competitive pricing, and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing for parts and supplier management for mid to low-level complexity products
  • Market research for potential suppliers and products based on technical, quality, and cost requirements
  • Implementing commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials used on medical devices
  • Leading supplier management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification
  • Reporting and procurement data management, including monthly PPC reports and regular data analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of procurement experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to cultural differences
  • Good communication and team building skills
