Job Description

As a Senior Process Integration Engineer at Infineon Technologies, you will play a key role in leading the end-to-end process technology for CMOS embedded memory technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of process integration strategies for CMOS and eNVM technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of CMOS and eNVM technology processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance yield and quality.
  • Work closely with Product Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, and internal Infineon division to make swift and effective decisions related to process changes and foundries events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Material Science or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in process integration within front-end (FEOL) semiconductor.
  • In-depth knowledge of process integration preferably in CMOS and eNVM technology (e.g., 28nm and 40nm) in foundries environment.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Proven experience in driving fast decision-making processes, particularly in the context of Product Change Review Boards and Material Review Boards.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
