About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our China operations, you will be responsible for leading project execution, guiding teams, and ensuring project targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or administration.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Mature and sensitive to client needs, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
