About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Development Director to lead our project teams and drive the development of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing the project development structure, guiding the project team, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project roadmaps and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring effective use of company resources.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the game industry.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing projects in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.
