Job Title: JD Platform Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JD Platform Director to join our team in China. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Management: Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Portfolio Management: Plan and manage our product portfolio to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with B2B partners to drive integration and improve business outcomes.
  • Team Building and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of online business and strategic perspective.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • IT Skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PPT.
