Membership Activation Manager

As a Membership Activation Manager at The LEGO Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving captivating experiences between consumers and our brand. Your expertise in CRM operations, digital marketing, and social commerce will be instrumental in unlocking consumer potential and driving strategic CRM pilots and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM operational strategies for LEGO Brand Retail Store (LBR) in China, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with market group CRM teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operation, marketing, and finance, to design and execute LEGO Membership Loyalty Programs.
- Provide ongoing support to retail operation and marketing teams to sustain CRM value and drive business growth.
- Deliver valuable business insights and initiate new ideas to achieve and improve CRM/business critical metrics.
- Work closely with product teams to develop digital products that meet CRM needs and enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure excellent execution of LEGO Membership Loyalty Program-related system operations and channel communications.
