  • Oversee the follow-up on strategic partnership agreements, including but not limited to tracking internal workflows, contract issuance and archiving, and contract reminders.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings for the sales department to ensure smooth operations. Prepare meeting documents and take minutes, following up on outcomes.
  • Review and input all sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the Chinese sales team with administrative tasks, including the maintenance of internal and external contact information, reimbursements, and office activities.
  • Support the sales department with basic translation tasks as guided by departmental policies.
  • Manage departmental administrative and operational costs and reporting.
  • Ensure data transmission and information security, adhering strictly to all relevant standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain important departmental documents, following company policies and standard operating procedures rigorously.
  • Participate in training designated by the strategic alliance department, providing robust support to the team.
