Job Summary
Through SC common agenda and WCM drive end to end design handling improvements. and /orConvert customer artwork files and intent to production ready files/repro /orResponsible to ensure all jobs are fully compliance to repro submission guidelines. Plan all repro job operation and ensure all jobs are delivered on time in /orDirect communication/support to customers, member of SA/KA team in absence of Packiging Graphical Expert (Senior Design Development)What you will do
  • Process internal & external customers' parts sales orders, and quotations
  • Handle some local purchase orders
  • Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers
  • Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
  • Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures
  • Handle customer claims
  • Generate regular monitoring reports
  • Contribute & commit to continuous improvements
  • Tool and Issue handling and related report and team knowledge sharing.
  • Major speaker to market company and key customers and optimize the customer experience.
We believe you have
  • College/University degree
  • Min. 6 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and customer liaison
  • Multi-lingual skills - good English language skills in both written and spoken and good Japanese or Thailand language skills in both written and spoken
  • SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills
  • Good communication skills and service minded
  • Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility
  • A good team player and willing to work under pressure
