About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco. As an Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing efficient and professional administrative support to our staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Shanghai offices and other branch offices, including setting up, expanding, reconstructing, and terminating projects.
  • Execute regular onsite patrols and checks to ensure all office facilities are running smoothly and follow up on any necessary repairs or modifications.
  • Manage fixed assets, including monitoring new asset bookings, transfers, and scrap processes in our Fixed Assets database.
  • Take responsibility for yearly counts of fixed assets, adhering to company-related procedures and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to expatriates, including accommodation, vehicle, children's school, and other related issues.
  • Organize, implement, and coordinate company and business-level activities to ensure event and function efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to administration policies and procedures, continuously improving and optimizing Administrative SOPs to maintain standardization and effectiveness.
  • Manage ADM-related suppliers for service quality, aligning with contracts and providing constructive suggestions to promote service levels.
  • Back up as Administration Assistant with related work during absence and provide consistent and stable administrative support to employees.
  • Back up as contact person for the ADM Team Leader during absence periods and take on a temporary leadership role within the ADM team.

Requirements

  • College degree or above
  • 3 years or above administration-related working experience
  • Good PC skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good English skills (written and spoken)
