Digital Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Serve as a system administrator, responsible for uploading data in a timely and accurate manner, importing indicators of different roles, and assisting the sales team in adjusting product labels and retailer assignments.
  • System Testing: Undertake system testing work, checking function spec. documents and UAT documents, confirming whether third-party companies have accurately completed development tasks, and proposing enhancements and optimization suggestions about data analysis demand during and after testing.
  • Technical Support: Understand the backend logic of the system, assist in resolving various questions from the sales team and customers regarding app usage, and collect feedback and bugs during their usage.
  • System Integration: Accept training on the management and use of other systems, serve as a backup administrator for B2B and other company systems, and undertake corresponding system integration and data uploading work when necessary.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in system management and app UAT. Experience in software development and system management related to the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
  • Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Personal Qualities: Good stress resistance and ability to accept sudden overtime and temporary assignments. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility.
