Job Summary:

The Senior Associate, Sales Channel Manager position is designed to drive business growth and develop new sales channels in Beijing's suburban counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations in their assigned region, including sales targets, sales activities, and cost control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, execute sales plans, and achieve business objectives
  • Develop business growth plans for assigned clients, including direct clients, distributors, wholesalers, and second-tier clients
  • Manage sales budgets, control costs, and ensure effective use of resources
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Assist in managing inventory and accounts receivable, ensuring optimal inventory levels and controlled accounts receivable
  • Process and verify expenses, and allocate market expenses in a reasonable and effective manner
  • Provide timely and accurate market feedback to the company, including market trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience and ability to manage distributors and wholesalers in Beijing's suburban counties
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities
  • Strong work attitude and sense of responsibility, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
