Job Summary

The Administrative Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the CRM Service Center in Shanghai, in relation to the servicing of Merlin Programmer devices. This role will cover various administrative tasks, including daily management, inventory management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative work of the CRM Service Center, including daily tasks and follow-up on incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Perform stock inventory management, including forecasting, receiving, returning, and performing stock level checks and cycle counts.
  • Process ERP SAP transactions and other platform transactions related to devices and spare parts.
  • Monitor and update calibration schedules, and document and archive service documents according to procedures.
  • Follow up and allocate devices, and communicate with Supply Chain about the state of serviced devices.
  • Manage the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders for tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Communicate with the CRM technical team about priority servicing of devices, and serve as a point of contact for external departments related to servicing and administration.
  • Implement procedures regarding local and global SOPs for the CRM service center.

Quality System Requirements

  • Assess the quality of repairs based on standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform visual and spot check inspections on service work performed.
  • Assist with and prepare for internal and external audits.
  • Foster a high quality awareness at the Service Center.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Computer and ERP literate (Microsoft Office and SAP).
  • Preferably knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 13485.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Team player, stress resistant, accurate and disciplined, analytical, independent, process driven, quality minded, good communication and documentation skills.
