Job Description

Organon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director External Quality to join our team. As a key member of our External Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products manufactured at external entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective quality control and assurance.
  • Collaborate with external entities to ensure quality standards are met and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to external entities on quality systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance and management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
