Job Title: Associate Director, Customer Success

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Customer Success to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading client engagement and ensuring maximum client satisfaction through high-level client service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage and develop a team of client success professionals to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform client engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience in research or marketing, with at least 4 years in a team leader or people manager position.
  • Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
