About the Role:
Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Vascular Cardio team in re-designing and re-organizing our channel structure. The successful candidate will develop cross-functional strategies, tactics, and action plans to support our business objectives, aligned with our company's strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Vascular Cardio team to re-design and re-organize our channel structure, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic plan.
- Develop and execute short- and long-range investment programs in Vascular Cardio projects.
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Policy and Guidelines, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitors' channel strategies, providing timely intelligence to inform our decision-making.
- Innovate channel models to expand our market coverage and brand influence.
- Develop and execute sales plans and programs to achieve revenue, gross profit, and sales process objectives.
- Provide advanced consulting on business issues, such as workflow, management, product mix, promotion, shipping, and inventory management.
- Communicate with the marketing team on new product launches to ensure our sales team is prepared.
- Facilitate communication between distributors and Regulatory regarding product registration.

- Direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs, and/or operations.
