Commercial Associate Director

Join GroupM as a Commercial Associate Director and contribute to the company's sustainable and profitable growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong commercial and financial processes, working closely with the GroupM Investment team and GroupM Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecasting and reporting to ensure compliance with revenue recognition guidelines.
- Reviewing media vendor contracts and deals to optimize commercial influence.
- Participating in media vendor selection and management to drive business growth.
- Ensuring vendor compliance and improving financial and operational processes.
- Familiarize yourself with GroupM Investment business and media vendor deals within three months.
- Review media vendor contracts and deals, and onboard new vendors within six months.
- Develop financial planning and reporting skills within 12 months.
- Improve vendor selection processes and work with the legal team on dispute cases.
- Enhance financial and operational processes to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a proven track record in commercial strategy and media investment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle cross-functional communication.
- Strategic thinking and team player with strong ownership.
