Job Title: Associate Art Director

We are seeking an Associate Art Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for the visual development and execution of our games.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the art team to brainstorm and pitch visual concepts for our games.
  • Develop and execute the visual direction for our games, ensuring consistency and quality across all levels.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that the visual elements align with the game's overall design and vision.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the art team to ensure that their work meets the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as design and management, to ensure that the art team's work is aligned with the game's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the game industry, with 3+ years in a senior role (AD or Lead).
  • Strong storytelling capability and ability to use visual language to convey narrative.
  • Experience with concept, 3D, lighting, VFX, and audio to accomplish a designed narrative.
  • Ability to develop entire levels and coordinate between different departments.
  • Fluent English skill and ability to run art presentations to both internal and external teams.
