Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Assistance

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, and reimbursements for both domestic and international trips. Facilitate visits from Global/Regional teams, organizing travel logistics, meetings, workshops, and related activities. Maintain executive calendars; schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring timely notifications are prepared. Provide documentation support, prepare presentations, and safeguard confidential information. Offer daily administrative support to the Supply Chain department, including document management, inventory control, stationery requests, purchase requisitions, and cost management.

2. Meeting Coordination

Organize and participate in team meetings, documenting action items and minutes, and disseminating communications. Provide administrative support for key Supply Chain initiatives, projects, or significant events. Maintain an effective business filing/database system and generate relevant reports.

3. Business Excellence

Assist the Supply Chain Leadership Team in promoting an OBP mindset and establishing annual objectives aligned with the company strategy, driving goal achievement through systematic tracking and problem-solving. Oversee Supply Chain project portfolio management activities, including status tracking, routine summary report data collection, and monthly updates. Support the success of each project through diligent status monitoring and coordination of troubleshooting efforts. Contribute to the development and execution of the people learning strategy, enhancing team capabilities in line with business development needs. Foster team culture through the design and implementation of activities and assignments. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supporting senior executives within sizable multinational organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or supply chain management.
