About This Role

Molex is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate plant capacity reports and rough-cut capacity planning reports to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Update capacity category tracking reports to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Refine bills of material to reflect the latest system settings.
  • Update plant POEE/OEE performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify low-utilization and low-profit work centers and collaborate with production managers to develop mitigation plans.
  • Update component and raw materials forecasts to ensure accurate demand planning.
  • Verify long-term forecasts with demand planners and production managers by product family.
  • Support the maintenance and update of material master data to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the NSP/IP and IT teams to develop Power BI reports for supply planning teams.
  • Collaborate with IP/MPS/Production planners/SCH import planners/Demand planners to develop mid- and long-term constrained supply plans in Rapid Response.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Synergize QAD and SAP system information to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor supply chain status and drive decision-making.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in planning, customer service, or inventory management in the automotive industry as a Tier 1 supplier.
    • Supply chain integration project experience.
    • Advanced skills in Excel (Power BI and Excel macros preferred).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
    • Passion and proactivity.
    • Outstanding organizational ability.
    • Familiarity with supply chain processes.
