**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply planning.
  • Oversee the execution of production planning, scheduling, and materials requirements planning processes and master data management.
  • Lead local SR review and provide input to regional SR review and the strategic planning process.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with production and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
  • Be accountable for the further development of team capabilities, ensuring recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing associates.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.

**Requirements**

  • 15+ years of working experience in supply planning.
  • Understanding of plant operations.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Good written and oral English skills.
  • Strong people interaction and communication skills.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical skills.
