About the Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team in the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for driving operation excellence and continuous improvement activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mid to long-term Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) from Business Units (BUs), including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Supply Planning (SP) planning horizon, facilitation of capacity changes, supply constraint review in IBP cycle, optimization of long-term production plan, etc.
  • Design plans for BUs to support inter-country, intra-country, and inter-region sourcing decisions, escalate and support BUs on addressing sourcing challenges.
  • Develop and Deliver end-to-end planning process excellence by leveraging Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tool to map current and future state operations. Ensure integration with demand planning, network design, Route-to-Market (RTM), logistics for any changes/updates, looking for opportunities to continuously improve across all Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) areas.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Planning Transformation team for future SAP S/4HANA implementation, lead Demand Response Planning (DRP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP)/Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)/Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) design o9 process setup.
  • Adopt Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working and work on Supply Network capabilities to drive value and loss elimination.
  • Provide support and initiate improvements to the BU planning to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Comprehensive supply chain and planning experience with strong business acumen ideally within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
  • E2E planning experience including both Demand Planning & Supply Planning or Plant Planning.
  • Interaction with all BUs, and cross-region.
  • Understanding Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working and can leverage VSM knowledge to identify and eliminate losses.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions, levels, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with supply planning process, develop/improve/harmonize planning process in AMEA.
  • Working knowledge with planning systems.
  • Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems.
  • Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and Skills Required
  • 8+ years' experience in E2E planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, PPIC, and Manufacturing experience preferred to have better understanding on technology processing, capacity planning, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
  • Operational knowledge of SAP ECC/APO/BI in Supply Chain through formal training and experience, Understanding of IBP/ S&OP/ Project management methodology.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end planning process, develop/improve/harmonize planning process in AMEA.
  • Understanding Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working and can leverage VSM knowledge to identify and eliminate losses.
