As a Membership Activation Manager at The LEGO Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving captivating experiences between consumers and our brand. Your expertise in CRM operations, digital marketing, and social commerce will be instrumental in developing strategic CRM pilots and initiatives that impact consumer Lifetime Value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM operations and critical metrics for LEGO Brand Retail Store (LBR) in China, developing CRM operational strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Market Group China CRM team to align on the LEGO Retail CRM long-term strategy, annual member basic benefit plan, and activation plan.
  • Lead the development of LEGO Retail Membership mechanics and benefits, working closely with cross-functional teams such as retail operation, marketing, and finance.
  • Provide ongoing operational and campaign support to retail operation and marketing teams to sustain CRM value.
  • Support loyalty reports and deliver valuable business insights to drive CRM/business critical metrics.
  • Work closely with the Product team to develop digital products that meet CRM needs.
  • Ensure seamless customer service by working with the customer service team to fulfill customer queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead agencies to execute the LEGO Membership Loyalty Program related system operation and channels communications.
