Job Title: Platform Activation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Activation Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-site campaigns, investments, and key KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure a clear rollout and execution of marketing channel strategies.
  • Develop strategies and annual plans for LEGO Gifting solutions and LEGO livestream on main platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies and insights for the digital marketing area, adapting them for B2B channel differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience.
  • Energetic, keen to learn newness, and strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Enriched experience working with Marketing / EC Marketing with proven records.
  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • People management experience is an advantage.
  • Some domestic travel required.
  • IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PPT.
