Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our LEGO Retail China team. As a key member of the China Market Group Leadership Team and the Global LEGO Retail Leadership Team, you will drive key initiatives and strategies through owned stores in China, elevating the LEGO Group's retail capabilities both in China and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy for China, aligning with the overall LEGO Retail strategic plan.
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver a world-class, premium branded in-store experience that reflects a shopper-first, channel-agnostic approach.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize team performance and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the LEGO Group, including the Market Group, Retail Development, and Branded Stores Center of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth in the China market.

Requirements:

  • Multi-site retail operational experience.
  • Omnichannel and experiential retailing expertise.
  • Strong retail mindset and commercial drive.
  • Ability to galvanize diverse groups around common goals and motivate employees to achieve high performance.
  • Experience working with Landlords and real estate deals.
