Job Title: Senior Retail Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Marketing Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our retail marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness across our retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated commercial plans and retail marketing calendars to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives and projects to improve retail marketing performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong retail marketing experience and knowledge of the market.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
