Job Title: Sales Director, Retail, China Market Expansion

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our retail sales efforts in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing our retail sales channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in China.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in retail sales development and channel management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
