Job Title: Sales Manager for Regional Expansion

Adidas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional expansion efforts in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
