Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Sales Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for working with partners to support commercial actions such as clinical education and PCT run rate increase. You will participate in the monitoring of customer satisfaction and initiate improvements/corrective actions as necessary to ensure customer expectations are met. Additionally, you will develop Co-marketing campaigns, joint account level partnership plans, and tailored training programs. You will also collaborate with license partners on project planning and execution, including market collection and analysis. Furthermore, you will collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction in reference to KOLs, and actively participate in product change processes. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of product support documentation and processes, and work closely with the product management and Global marketing team to develop promotion strategies.

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant IVD and Clinical education field is required. You should have a strong understanding of the immunoassay market, clinical laboratory quality management, and clinical education. You should also have at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably within IVD sales and or product management. You should have a working knowledge of the industry and be able to analyze customer feedback and satisfaction.
