Clinical Affairs Manager

Job Overview
The Medical Affairs Manager plays a crucial role in bridging clinical insights and business strategies within URGO. This position is dedicated to sourcing and disseminating clinical data and evidence to enhance business growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a representative of medical and clinical information, adapting communication to various stakeholders:
- 1) Address inquiries from healthcare professionals by staying informed on the latest advancements in therapeutic areas.
- 2) Conduct medical evaluations of promotional and educational materials related to the designated product line, ensuring that all content is accurate, balanced, and grounded in evidence.
- 3) Develop scientific materials and deliver presentations aimed at customer engagement.
- Facilitate medical knowledge training focused on our technologies and target therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and professional education teams, contributing medical expertise to various projects.
- Work alongside colleagues in marketing to design, implement, and monitor studies and clinical cases involving healthcare professionals and sales teams.
- Partner with marketing colleagues to create or validate medical content for marketing tools and communications.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or clinical medicine.
- Proficient in literature review and clinical information retrieval.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- At least one published essay at the national level.
- Experience in training and development.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of engaging audiences in both group and individual settings.
- Committed to enhancing the skills of others through constructive feedback and coaching.
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion, ensuring key objectives are achieved.
- A solid understanding of wound care is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in numerical analysis and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Adherence to compliance standards.
