Medical Affairs Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Expert to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing medical strategies to support our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with our Business Affairs team to identify medical and scientific knowledge gaps and develop targeted disease area medical messages.
2. Review and ensure that all medical content is accurate, fair, balanced, evidence-based, and compliant with local regulations.
3. Establish and maintain close working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapeutic areas.
4. Support medical events and ensure all activities align with compliance and Roche requirements.
5. Develop and deliver internal medical information training materials for colleagues.
6. Review and provide feedback on HCP PPTs and Roche promotion materials.
7. Communicate with our Business Affairs team on publication-related issues.
Requirements
1. MD, PhD, or PharmD degree and experience in relevant therapeutic areas.
2. 3+ years of experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Clinical research and trial management experience, with the ability to interact with KOLs.
4. Excellent presentation and teaching skills, with the ability to represent Roche professionally.
5. Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and dynamic.
