Job Title: Field Medical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Medical Lead to join our Medical team in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) across various therapeutic areas, including neurology, immunology, and rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of MSLs to optimize scientific engagement with medical experts and secure appropriate budget for MSLs to achieve medical strategy objectives.
  • Plan, secure, and manage the MSL team budget to ensure optimal scientific engagement and medical strategy execution.
  • Be a key project leader for national scientific meetings, symposiums, workshops, post-market clinical studies, Pharmacovigilance, and global medical projects.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in clinical medicine, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, including MSL, Medical Advisor, Medical Physician, etc.
  • Plus at least 1 year of experience as a team leader in pharmaceutical medical affairs.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach scientific/medical personnel at all skill and knowledge levels.
  • Strong leadership/people management mindset, personal integrity, and demonstrated customer focus.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, encompassing medical strategies and market trends.
  • Thorough understanding of internal/external ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
