Production Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will be trained to implement a quality management system that meets WSI standards, ensuring high-quality product output from vendors.

Upon completion of the training, the successful candidate will be offered a career path with opportunities for growth and leadership in product quality.

Key competencies for this role include:

  • Understanding of production processes and technologies
  • Process evaluation techniques and analysis of supplier methods and performance
  • Product requirements, regulatory standards, and process test requirements
  • Understanding of product and materials value chain and cost aspects
  • QA/QC working tools and customer analysis skills

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess:

  • Solution-oriented approach with analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of production realities and continuous improvement
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems with a holistic view and sense of urgency
  • Ability to motivate and lead colleagues and vendors to secure product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Capability to lead projects and secure implementation
  • Curiosity to learn about customer needs and requirements
