A Day in the Life

As a Quality Systems Specialist at Medtronic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our services meet established internal and external standards and guidelines. Your expertise will be essential in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Provide guidance on interpreting policies, regulations, and internal regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work with operating entities to provide process analysis oversight and enforce requirements and meet regulations.
  • Lead audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings, and liaise with auditing groups and inspectors.
  • Prepare reports and documentation, and provide to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.
  • Maintain and modify quality assurance programs and policies regularly.
  • Foster uniform standards worldwide and enable best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
