Job Description

The role of a Senior Product Manager at adidas involves overseeing the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively lead the development of product ranges, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of consumer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and other functions to deliver product concepts that meet consumer needs and drive business results.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including markets, retailers, and creation centers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
