The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sr. Academic Development Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing office duties, including administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting other professionals with their projects and tasks.
  • Responding to queries from colleagues and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meting with other groups/departments within Ficosa to discuss project progress and collaborate on initiatives.
  • Observing and adhering to Ficosa's Code of Ethics to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Actively participating in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OSHE and Quality department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) as well as local language proficiency.
  • No prior work experience required, but postgraduate studies would be advantageous.
