Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our Key Account Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Salary and BenefitsThis is a full-time position based in Suzhou, China, offering a competitive salary of approximately ¥400,000 - ¥600,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to increase sales and enhance customer relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Coordinate internal communication and projects related to key accounts.
- Conduct regular business performance updates and implement action plans as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Over 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the dental industry or medical device sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time).
