Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for marketing and promoting our products, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to optimize results.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
Requirements
- A college degree or above in a relevant field, preferably in automation or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
